Bonjour, Normandy.

We’re off to France!

When Emily was a culinary student in Paris, she visited the beautiful region of Normandy, which left a big impression on her. This fall, join us as we retrace her steps and embark on a culinary tour of the Route de Cidre, exploring the 4Cs of Normandy: calvados, cider, camembert, and crème.

This six-night, seven-day adventure will begin on October 17, 2026. We can’t wait to welcome you to Maison Pommes, a charming property with three stunning guesthouses, a vegetable garden, pool, pétanque court, and picturesque views. It’s also equipped with all of the necessities for modern life: high-speed Internet access, spacious living areas, wide-open kitchen spaces, and newly renovated bathrooms.

From this beautiful home base, we will explore all of the riches that Normandy has to offer. We have found an incredible slate of places to visit with you, including one of Normandy’s only women-run cideries, a Calvados distillery and apple orchard that’s been in operation since the 1800s, and an award-winning cheese shop where we’ll taste the region’s famous cheeses. In between visits to these artisans and more, we’ll also visit the charming towns that dot the landscape to enjoy a long lunch, vintage markets, and seaside views. When we’re not eating at one of the local, family-owned restaurants, Morgan, a decorated chef, will be cooking for us with local produce and other products, as well as curating beverages for us to enjoy.

Along the way, Emily, an award-winning pastry chef and Francophile, will share insights and recipes that highlight these beautiful products and flavors. Laura, a seasoned cookbook photographer, will share techniques for capturing the stories behind the foods through landscapes and styled tabletop photography. This trip is something we’ve been dreaming about for years. It’s going to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we’d love for you to join us.

There will be single and double rooms available, but space is limited. Only 8 spots will be offered for this experience.
